Lions District 325 K to Organize Leadership Camp for Club Presidents

Kathmandu: Lions International District 325 K, Nepal, is set to organize the Lions Leadership Camp (LLC) to enhance the leadership skills, capacity, and effectiveness of club presidents serving during the Lions Year 2026–2027.

The camp, targeted at club presidents under District 325 K, will feature various training sessions and activities focused on leadership development, capacity building, and strengthening the effectiveness of the Lions movement and its service initiatives.

According to Mission 1.5 Chief Mahaprasad Pandey, the camp will be held from September 18 to 20, 2026 (Ashoj 2 to 4, 2083 B.S.) at Dhulikhel Lodge Resort in Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchok.

Mission 1.5 Chief Mahaprasad Pandey has been assigned the responsibility of LLC Program Coordinator. Registration and coordination responsibilities have also been assigned to coordinators representing different areas of the district.

For the Bagmati Area, District Cabinet Treasurer Chudamani Silwal has been appointed as the Registration Coordinator. Similarly, District Chief Advisor Minraj Kafle has been assigned responsibility for the Gandaki Area, GLT District Coordinator Narayan Acharya for the Baglung Area, and Zone Chairperson Biplav Hamal for the Parbat Area.

Club presidents interested in participating in the camp have been requested by the organizers to complete their registration on time through the designated coordinators.

The registration fee has been fixed at NPR 18,000 per participant. The organizers have stated that the number of seats is limited and registration will be closed once the designated capacity is reached.

District Cabinet Secretary of Lions International District 325 K Nepal, Ganesh GC, said the program would be an important initiative for developing and strengthening the leadership capabilities of club presidents during the Lions Year 2026–2027.

The organizers believe that the Lions Leadership Camp will provide club presidents with an opportunity to enhance their leadership skills, exchange experiences, strengthen teamwork, and develop practical strategies for making Lions service activities more effective and impactful.
