Fiscal Commission Submits Annual Report to President Paudel

Kathmandu, September 16: The annual report of the National Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission for the fiscal year 2082/83 BS has been submitted to President Ram Chandra Paudel.

Acting Chairperson of the Commission, Bipin Raj Niraula, submitted the report to President Paudel at a ceremony held at the Office of the President on Wednesday, according to the President’s Office.

The annual report contains the Commission’s work and activities during the fiscal year, along with its recommendations and other matters related to the management and distribution of natural resources and fiscal arrangements.

The National Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission is a constitutional body responsible for making recommendations on the distribution of revenues and natural resources among the federal, provincial and local levels, as well as on fiscal equalization and related matters.

The submission of the annual report is part of the Commission’s constitutional responsibility to report on its activities and recommendations to the President.
